An independent waste advisor working only for the client.
GXP manages every aspect of commercial waste programs — pricing, vendors, invoices, service levels, compliance, and sustainability reporting — so our clients can focus on running their business.
Turn an overlooked expense into a managed program.
Waste and recycling sit at the intersection of facilities, finance, procurement, and sustainability — which is precisely why it goes unmanaged. Contracts auto-renew, service levels drift from actual need, and invoices carry fees nobody has time to question.
We built GXP to close that gap. Our team combines procurement negotiators, invoice auditors, environmental compliance specialists, and account managers who have sat on both sides of the hauling table. That experience is applied entirely on the client side.
We manage relationships with all major national haulers and hundreds of regional and specialty providers. Clients get one point of contact, one consolidated report, and one party accountable for the outcome — regardless of how many vendors sit behind the program.

Client savings identified
Hauler commissions accepted
The client-first philosophy, stated plainly.
Independence
We accept no hauler commissions, rebates, or referral fees. Our compensation is aligned with your result, which keeps every recommendation honest.
Evidence over opinion
Recommendations are supported by invoice data, container utilization, and benchmarked market pricing — never by anecdote or vendor claims.
Operational discipline
Waste programs fail in the details: missed pickups, contract auto-renewals, unbilled credits. We manage those details relentlessly.
Transparency
Clients see the same spend, diversion, and service data we do. There are no black-box savings claims in our reporting.
Partnership horizon
We build programs to hold their value for years, monitoring vendors and pricing long after the initial negotiation is signed.
Client-first advocacy
When a vendor underperforms, we escalate on your behalf. You should never have to negotiate with your own service provider.
How we operate.
Are you a waste hauler or broker?+
Neither. We are an independent advisory firm. We do not own trucks, landfills, or transfer stations, and we do not resell hauling services under our own brand.
How do you stay objective across vendors?+
We take no compensation from haulers. Vendor selection is driven by a documented scoring process covering price, service coverage, reporting capability, and compliance record.
Do you work with single-location businesses?+
Yes, though our programs deliver the most value for organizations with multiple sites, complex waste streams, or sustainability reporting obligations.
